Georgia Businesswoman Yevette McCall

POINTING PEOPLE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION — A native of Rocky Ford, Georgia — a rural Screven County establishment that is comprised of roughly 186 residents, according to the latest U. S. census — Yvette McCall has witnessed her entrepreneurship vision come full circle with the startup of Southern Pro Staffing, LLC.

Located at 27159 Highway 80 West Portal, Georgia, Southern Pro Staffing is a credible local staffing agency that strategically specializes in direct hire and recruiting for companies.

A rising company that officially went into operations in 2014, Southern Pro Staffing agency has emerged as arguably one of the finest of its kind since its inception, something by which McCall relishes.

“I want to see my business reach success and, most of all, I want to see it make a difference in (in the lives of thousands of) people,” McCall said her progressive, thriving company. “I hope to employ several people one day and run a small, but efficient staffing agency. My desire is for my business to always have a feeling of humbleness and family.”

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER — A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Studies, McCall subsequently acquired a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management (with an emphasis in Nonprofit Organizations) from the University of Phoenix.

Aside from helping jobseekers land the ideal job placement to better enhance their lives, Southern Pro Staffing has become a fixture offering these essential and effective services:

  • Getting your job postings and company info out to the World
  • Providing career advice and candidate resources and,
  • Offering free resume feedback and makeovers.

In essence, Southern Pro Staffing’s strategic mission is centered largely on building lasting relationships between candidates and businesses, according to a detailed synopsis of this company at https://southernprostaffing.com/.

Suitably known as a Job Coach for Developmental Disabled Population, McCall said she’s pleased with the immeasurable strides her company has made in recent years.

AS GOOD AS ADVERTISED — A rising company that officially went into operations in 2014, Southern Pro Staffing agency has emerged as arguably one of the finest of its kind since its inception, something by which McCall relishes.

“I am a community enthusiast,” McCall said. “I believe in serving the community. My company specializes in hiring for nonprofits, medical (experts) and many other (jobseekers in selected) fields.”

A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Studies, McCall subsequently acquired a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management (with an emphasis in Nonprofit Organizations) from the University of Phoenix.

As for what fueled her desire to delve off into entrepreneurship, McCall credits a friend with whom she has close ties.

“I was honestly inspired by one of my friends. I had started this business many years ago, but I really never pushed it much,” McCall explained. “But my friend, Pamela, told me about how she was once working at this place and met some older women who took her under their wing and taught her so much.

“She credits those relationships to changing her life,” McCall continued. “Her story reminded me of what I already knew.”

ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE — To her distinctly unique credit, McCall, has gone to great lengths to create sustained possibilities for people from various walks of life.

As McCall recalls, such an intriguing dialogue between her and that dear was friend essentially had given her a different disposition on life, particularly as an accomplished entrepreneur.

“Relationships are important and outside our immediate family, our work family is so important and can play such an integral part in someone living their best life,” McCall said. “Another friend challenged me this year to put my business first…Trint Heights. “I would say relationships inspired me the most.”

All of which practically sums up why McCall deems it imperative to give back — in a big way, to put it more precisely — to those whom, like her, are destined to fulfill the desires of their hearts.

“I live life to live life again,” McCall said. “I honestly believe it’s what you put into people is what really matters. I want people to hear my name and smile and say, ‘She is alright.’ In that remarkably compelling order.
